We run classes and workshops to build circus skills in young people and introduce them to the art of circus performance.
Circus Ipswich is a registered charity dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive community through the circus arts. Introducing the Ipswich Circus Festival – a bold new celebration of circus arts, community and creativity.
For two days this July, the Ipswich Showgrounds will transform into a vibrant hub of performance, participation and spectacle — from a dazzling cabaret under the lights to hands-on workshops and family-friendly fun.
As the inaugural festival, this event marks the beginning of something bigger… Built by Circus Ipswich and supported by the local community, the festival aims to grow into a recognised annual event – celebrating circus as a contemporary artform and creating opportunities for participation, connection and creativity across the region.

A program dedicated to teaching circus skills to children on the Autism Spectrum and with other special abilities
Street Circus PERFORMANCE TROUPE
We offer our students performance opportunities through our Street Circus Program. We perform at many different events to give our young performers skills and experience in working as a team and putting on a show!
CIRCUSFIT
Circusfit offers our young people a different pathway to fitness. Dynamic, all inclusive, circus inspired exercises that will improve strength, flexibility and stamina.
CIRCUS EXTENSIONS
The Circus Extensions program is designed for students with prior circus experience who are ready to build on their existing skills and take them to a more advanced level.
TADPOLE CIRCUS
The Tadpole program for tadpoles and their big frogs (aka their caregiver). For ages up to 4 years, learning the principles of circus, safety, and basic skills through semi-structured play.
CIRCUS EXPLORERS
Circus Explorers is a playful program designed especially for curious crawlers and toddlers just finding their feet.
Circus Explorers is play based program that encourages busy tiny people and their carers try new activities while keeping little active brains and bodies interested.
